When I first entered the program I started as a private and then I did a promotion board at first I didn’t want to go to the promotion board because they say you could have responsibilities when you have a higher rank and that is why I didn’t want to do the promotion board because I already have many responsibilities and I just wanna go easy this year but when I was waiting for a practice I had for drones Sergeant Major told me to do it for a try so I did it and I, to be honest, I did it bad but I was able to skip a rank to corporal. A couple of weeks before winter break I was asked if I wanted to be part of the staff the first time they told me about it was for the 2025-2026 school year but it seems they changed their mind for the 2024-2025 second semester so I accept and I first started as the S2 and it was easy because I usually complete my work early before the due date then I was the XO for delta company then when I was doing my work of S2 I got again also ask from Sergeant Major and the abolition commander if I want to be the S1 so again I accepted and now I am the S1-Personnel Officer. The team I am in right now is Drones and Armed Regulation. One of the competition drones I went and my first time was in Reno Nevada a team of 3 people had a role: the driver the one who controls the drone a coder who codes the drone from a computer and the visual who tells the driver where to go if when they can’t see their drone and lastly the leader and I was a coder and the leader of my small team but we didn’t win. For Armed Regulation I got to use rifles for doing some movements and marching. I hope for the year 2025-2026 I could join robotics if I have time.
